Discount
Used to discount an item or a sale by an amount or percentage, same as the % keys.

Is Sale Discount? – Select Sale Discount

item in transaction).
Is Amount Discount? – Selections are Amount Discount or Percent Discount.
Is Open Discount? – Selections are Preset Discount or Open Discount.
Is Surcharge? – Choose Discount
(to deduct from item/sale)
or Surcharge
(to add to item/sale)

Net Item Total? – Check this option if you want the discounted amount to report to the PLU totals on
reports.
Food Stamp Eligible – Check this option to apply discount to Food Stamp subtotal.
Subtotal – Select to: Allow Only One Discount Per Transaction or Allow Multiple Discounts per
transaction.
Preset Override – Default section = NONE; alternately, you can choose Allow Preset Override for
Everyone or for Manager Only.
Enable Do It Function – When checked, if a tender is short the amount due, this discount can be used
to accept the amount tendered as total payment for the transaction. The ‘short amount’ is discounted.
Done
Can be used to exit an operation or MLU screen.

EFT Operation
When pressed (in REGISTER Mode) a list of EFT functions displays: Close Batch, Void Sales by Record
Number, Void Return by Record Number, Gratuity Entry, Get Gift Card Balance, Get EBT Balance, EMV
Voucher for EBT, Clear EMV File, Zero Auth, Pin Pad Reset, and Reprint Batch.

Employee
The EMPLOYEE key is used to sign off a cashier, clerk, or server. Enter the employee number and
press the [Employee] key or enter [0] and press the [Employee] key.
Food Stamp Shift
Touch FD STMP SHIFT to shift the pre-programmed food stamp status of an item prior to its registration.
Food Stamp Subtotal
Touch FOOD STAMP SUBTTL to display the total of food stamp eligible items registered in the current
transaction.
