LINES BEFORE POSTAMBLE
Enter the number of lines you wish to after the last receipt line and before the postamble.
PRINT HOME CURRENCY SYMBOL ON LABEL
When selected, the home currency symbol will print in front of the price for the PRICE element on
labels. When not selected, the price is printed without the currency symbol on the labels PRICE
element.
(Currency Symbol is set in System Option programming.)
# COPY OF EFT RECEIPT
Indicate the number of copies of the credit card transaction receipt to be printed.
(When Integrated
Payment is utilized.)
Report Option
General
EMAIL ADDRESS FOR EXPORT
Enter the email addresses where you wish to send reports.
Note:
A Gmail account is needed for sending FROM, and the SAM4POS must be added to "Trusted
Devices" in the Google account security settings.
GMAIL ACCOUNT
Enter your Gmail eMail account (This is the eMail address that the SAM4POS will send FROM).
Note:
The SAM4POS app must be added to the Google Less Secure Apps (not Trusted Devices) in the
Google security settings in order to send emails.
GMAIL PASSWORD
Enter the password for your Gmail account.
START DAY OF WEEK
Select the day you wish the official week to begin.
AUTO SIGN OFF AFTER SIGNED ON EMPLOYEE REPORT PRINTS
Check this option to sign off the current employee after the Signed On Employee Report is printed.

End of Day
OPENING TIME
Enter time for the beginning of the working day; enter as 2400-hour clock. For Example; if you enter
0900 here, all sales will report to this day even if open and sale registered past midnight.
SEND EMAIL ON END OF DAY
Check this option to send end of day reports to the programmed eMail address.
COMPULSORY CASH DECLARATION BRFORE ISSUING END OF DAY
If selected, you must declare the amount of cash before taking the EOD report. This encourages
accurate reporting and over/short amounts are calculated and printed.
ALLOW MANUAL END OF DAY WITH OPEN CHECK
If selected, the End of Day report can manually be performed with open checks is the system.
ALLOW AUTO END OF DAY WITH OPEN CHECK
If selected, the Auto End of Day can be performed with open checks is the system.
