Main Terminal Radial Button Operation
When activating the IRC in a system, one of the terminals in the system must be designated as the
Main Terminal.
In an IRC configuration the
Main Terminal
will display as shown:
IMAGE SYNC –
Press this button to synchronize the images in an IRC network.
SYNCH DATA –
Synchronizes database information to all other terminals, other terminals will restart after they
synchronize. Afterward, a list of synchronized terminals is displayed; all Sub-Terminals will be reboot.
RELEASE MAIN –
Releases the current MAIN terminal;
Note:
IRC must be turned off on all substations before the
current MAIN station can be released.
REFRESH –
Press this button to REFRESH the terminals list in the IRC.
PING –
Allows you to PING terminals in the IRC to verify the connection:
a)
Select a terminal in the IRC list
b)
Press the PING button
DELETE –
Allows you to DELETE a terminal in the IRC list.
PROPERTIES –
Select a terminal in the list and press the PROPERTIES button to view the terminal property info for
the selected station:
