MODIFIER LEVEL IS
STAY DOWN: The modifier will remain active until the next choice.
ITEM POPUP: Modifier remains active for the next PLU only, and then returns to the default.
TICKET POPUP: Modifier remains active for the remainder of the transaction, and then returns to the
default when the transaction is finalized.
ALLOW MODIFIER ON CODE ENTRY PLU
Allows PLU modifier keys may be used with both keyboard PLU keys and code entry PLUs.
MODIFIER OVERRIDES PREVIOUS MODIFIER
If selected, only the last modifier entry will affect the PLU number. Use this setting when a PLU is
modified only once,
i.e.
small/med/large. If Not selected, several modifiers affecting different digit
positions could be entered and affect the PLU registered. For example, size, crust type, and/or
toppings could be indicated on pizza items.
USE MODIFIER HISTORY
If selected, multiple modifiers will display in the message line before a main PLU is registered.
MOVE TO DEFAULT MLU AT FINALIZATON
If selected, when the sale finalization is completed, the default Menu screen will display.
MOVE TO DEFAULT FLU AT FINALIZATION
If selected, when the sale finalization is completed, the default Function screen will display.
Guest Check Option

WARNING ON HELD ITEMS AT FINALIZATION
If a check with
Held Items
is paid, a warning will display.
AUTOMATICALLY SELECT HELD ITEMS ON GUEST CHECK RECALL
Items may be "held" to temporarily postpone kitchen printing (or display). If selected, held items are
automatically selected when a check is recalled so they may be sent to the appropriate printers/screens.
COMPULSORY PRINT CHECK BEFORE TENDER
If selected, a check must be printed before payment is tendered.
AUTOMATICALLY PRINT GUEST CHECK SLIP AT TENDER
When selected, the guest check will print when the order is paid.

You can determine the content of each kitchen printer chit. For each option listed, check the option to
add to the kitchen print, uncheck the option to not print on the kitchen printer.
