Warranty Period and Repair
The warranty period is one year from the date of purchase.
If the instrument malfunctions within the warranty period despite being used in a proper condition according
to the information provided in this Operating Manual, contact the nearest authorized Sakura distributor or
representative. We will repair/adjust the malfunctioning location or replace the faulty part free of charge.
However, the following items are not covered by the warranty even during the warranty period:
1. Malfunction and damage caused by a wrong handling.
2. Malfunction and damage caused by a repair/disassembly or modification performed by a party other than
Sakura or Sakura's authorized distributor.
3. Malfunction and damage caused by a relocation or transport after the purchase.
4. Malfunction and damage caused by fire, earthquake, wind/flood or other act of God.
5. Failure and damage resulting from supply equipment.
6. Damage of consumables.
