The reference potentials of signal sources are carried together via one distribu-
tor terminal to the GND connection (“–” and “COM” terminals). To obtain opti-
mum measurement results, any connection to an earthing bar should be avoid-
ed
●
If screened cables are used, screening should be continued to an external
earthing bar
Connection concept for temperature sensors
The temperature sensors input signals are connected directly to the 10-pole terminal
(E0…E7).
The following connection diagram shows a typical layout for temperature sensors with
the PCD3.W340, ...W350 and ...W360 modules.
