PNEUMATIC SYSTEM ADJUSTMENT
The air flow rate of the blowers that move the caps in the channels can be adjusted using the relative adjusters found
in the blowers. Adjust the blowers according to necessity.
The operating pressure is indicated in paragraph TECHNICAL DATA in chapter 2 - FEATURES of this manual.

Pneumatic control unit

Hose fitting for connection to mains

¼” fitting for connecting an air blow gun (if provided)

Filter clogging indicator: if it comes out of the control unit body, the filter is clogged.
The clogging indicator stays in the control unit body when the air supply is shut off.

Air supply valve

Button for operating the control unit solenoid valve in manual mode.
The solenoid valve opens whenever the electricity supply goes off.

Pressure control knob

Pressure switch adjustment knob

Control unit solenoid valve led: on, if supplied

Pressure switch led: on, if the pressure detected is lower than that set on the pressure switch

Pressure switch led: on, if the pressure detected is higher than that set on the pressure switch
