8.3 TORQUES (NUTS & BOLTS)
S.R. = Resisting cross section
MS = Tightening torque
V = Pre-charge

WARNING!
12.9 class screws must be tightened with a torque wrench. The operation must be done as if they were of the
10.9 class.
Example: a 12 mm dia. screw with a 1.75 pitch (class 12.9) must be tightened to 120.46 Nm instead of 144.59 N.
