Inadvertent output of the test voltage.
Accidental contact with the instrument during testing. Ensure
that the instrument and DUT are fully isolated when the
instrument is remotely controlled.
10. Ensure an adequate discharge time for the DUT.
When DCW or IR tests are performed, the DUT, test leads and
probes become highly charged. The IIT-2000/2010/5000/5010
has discharge circuitry to discharge the DUT after each test.
The time required for a DUT to discharge depends on the DUT
and test voltage.
Never disconnect the safety tester before a discharge is
completed.
