occasionally solves the problem just by restarting.

The dust becomes noticeable on the media if it is attached to the gloss ink due to the characteristics of the
gloss ink. Make sure to prevent the accumulation of dust on the media.
ECO-UV ink can come off easily of the PET fi lm media. We recommend performing a trial printing to check for
the compatibility of media before you carry out actual printing.
Compatibility of ECO-UV ink to the media
The gloss ink may bleed depending on the used media.
- The embossed-fi nish printing may solve this symptom when you use GlossVarnish(v) + PASS mode and set
the number of Overprint.
- When you use the bi-directional printing, bi-directional printing adjusmtemt may solve this symptom.
- Using another media may solve this symptom.
Cap top can not reach to the head depending on the height of the head carriage during the operation. Visit
the user as soon as possible in that case.
