4-4 HEAD ALIGNMENT (Referential Time : 30 min._1 Head Alignment)

[About HEAD ALIGNMENT] 

HEAD ALIGNMENT is necessary to obtain the good printing quality.
Be sure to perform the HEAD ALIGNMENT when the Head is replaced.
If the heads are not aligned, printing problems such as banding, fi ne lines and gap between bands could 
occur.
Please DO NOT use Take-Up devise for this alignment.
The media tension changes during test printing and the result of alignment is not reliable.

Finish the Head Alignment within 20 minutes to prevent 
the ink from hardening. When 20 minutes passes, per-
form the Medium Cleaning.

Always use the UV protection sheet

 during this alignment, or ink will harden and clog inside the ink line.

Right Inner Plate has a small hook on its right 

bottom and it is inserted to the lower cover. Be 

careful when removing it.
