Screw
Idle Pulley Holder
The gap between the screws and Idle Pul-
ley can be seen from both front side and
rear side of the machine.
Insert a wrench through the holes on the side frame
prepared for the adjustment, and loosen the two
screws to make a gap of 3mm between the tip of the
screw and Idle Pulley Holder.
(The belt tension cannot be adjusted higher when the
screw contacts with Idle Pulley Holder.)

Fixing Screw

Loosen the 2 fi xing screws that is located on the left
end of the belt halfway round.
Be careful with the sharp edges around
the belt when loosening the screws. It can
cause injury.
Turn the adjustment screw shown in the fi gure to ad-
just the value of the tension gauge to be around 0.8kgf
with the procedure of 5 .
Fixing Screw
Tighten the 2 fixing screws shown in the figure, and
again confi rm that the tension is within the proper val-
ue.
Adjustment Screw
Turn the screw CW: Tension is increased
Turn the screw CCW: Tension is decreased
