The menu shown on the upper LCD can be changed with [up] and [down] keys.
The corresponding parameter is shown on the lower LCD. Refer to the HISTORY MENU
List on the following pages. Press [right] key to enter [CLEAR] menu, and parameter
can be cleard by pressing [ENTER] key.
In History Menu, the parameters are separated in groups
by categories. The parameters can be displayed or cleared
by entering the menu of each groups.

Reports can be printed. Each head is separately selectable considering the case of head trouble.
Select a head with [up] and [down] key and press [ENTER] key to start printing.
SERVICE : Service Report is printed. It prints the System Report of the normal menu with additional
Service Information.
HISTORY : History Report is printed.
CARTRIDGE : Ink Cartridge IC Report is printed.
EVENT LOG : Event Log Report is printed. The number of Event to be printed is selectable from
100/200/ALL(400).
ALL : All Reports are printed together. (System Report, Service Report, History Report, Ink Cartridge
IC Report, Event Log Report).
SERIAL : Service Report and History Report can be sent to RS-232C Serial using special tool.

This menu is for checking
the slide motor and slide
limit sensor.
This menu is to check
that the slide motor moves
within the range of
movement properly.
This menu is for checking the movement of the slide motor.
Selection : HOME/FRONT
Default : HOME
This menu is to perform the aging for the direction of SCAN with the right and left UV lamps
lighted. This menu can be performed with the machine that is not filled ink. Before performing
this menu, set to [ON] in [SVC. MODE LAMP] menu.
This menu is to check the power, lighting/
error and connection of the UV Lamps.
* Perform with the covers closed except for
the power check. Refer to [4-13 UV LAMP
CHECK].
Select the right or left Lamp by moving the cursor with [up]
and [down] keys. And check that the selected Lamp can be
operated properly by turning ON/OFF the Lamp by pressing
[ENTER] key.
Error displays : E
Check that the UV Lamps can be operated properly by opening
and closing the cover while the UV Lamps are turned on.

This menu is to check whether Servo Motor can be locked properly.
While in this menu, Servo Motor is free. When the Carriages are
moved by hands, the displayed values change as the feedback is
performed normally. Servo Motor can be locked by pressing
[ENTER] key. When it is locked while the motor is in pause,
the normal power control is performed. As for [F(Feed direction)],
the value displayed on the left changes by Grid Encoder,
and the right changes by Motor Encoder.
