Turn off the Sub Power SW, and then turn off the Main Power 

SW.

Select [I/S MENU] > [I/S CONTROL] > [CAP] > [OPEN], and 

press the [ENTER] key. The Capping Unit moves down and 

allows you to move the Head Carriage by hand.

When replacing the Head, it is necessary to turn 

off the Main Power SW. If not, the Head or the 

Main Board could be broken. We recommend re-

placing the Head with the power cord unplugged.
