Static Teach-In 1-sheet:
Fig. 46: Teach-In procedure for 1-sheet
The sheet must be moved into mid-position between the sensors. With the ENTER key the
Teach-In
for 1-sheet
will be performed.
Dynamic Teach-In 1-sheet:
Fig. 47: Teach-In procedure for 1-sheet
The sheet must be moved through the sensor gap in mid position. With the ENTER key the
measurement value will be stored.
The dynamical
Teach-In
for 1-sheet
is suitable especially for magnetical conveyor belt applications.
After the
Teach-In
for 1-sheet
the following message is shown:
Fig. 48: Teach-In finished
Program parameter 9:
Teach-In for 2-sheet
Fig. 49: Status of Teach-In
Possible indications:
• no:
No Teach-In for 2-sheet is to be performed
• static:
A statical Teach-In for 2-sheet will be performed
• dynamic: A dynamical Teach-In for 2-sheet will be performed
If a Teach-In for 2-sheet is to be repeated, select “statical“ resp. “dynamical”.
• Static:
The system will perform a punctual Teach-In for 2-sheet.
• Dynamic: The double sheet with nominal thickness is moved through the sensor gap
while performing the Teach-In for 2-sheet.
