1. 

Protrusion Test (without sensor)

With the ejector and transfer pins installed, the ejector plate in injection position, and the ejector 
plate fixed towards clamp plate, press the ejector and transfer pin together, towards the cavity; the 
ejector pin should protrude 0.008–0.01” (0,2–0,3 mm).
