2. Go to the Configure > Branch Services > RSP Service page.
3. Verify that:

RSP version 5.5 or higher is installed
•
Free disk space is 12 GB or higher
•
Free memory meets the minimum requirements listed in the table
below.

Download the Sensor-VE package to the Steelhead (upgrades only)
New Steelhead appliances that were ordered with the RSP option may include the
Sensor-VE package. You can see if the Sensor-VE package is already loaded by
navigating to the Configure > Branch Services > RSP Packages page and looking
in the
Packages section.
If the Sensor-VE package is already loaded, skip to the next procedure (“Install
Sensor-VE in a RSP Package Slot”). If it is not loaded, you must download the
package file from the Riverbed Support site. The URL for this site is included
with the license key in your purchase confirmation email.
