Function Turns on or off the Max Hold function of the Occupied Bandwidth
measurement.
The query returns “0” or “1”.

unit is Hz, such as
:OBW:FREQ:SPAN 1000000 or :OBW:FREQ:SPAN 1MHZ
The query returns “1000000”.
Explanations <freq> ranges from 100 Hz to 3 GHz.
