Delete All error 2: Data area
An error occurred while the machine
deleted data from the HDD. The source
of this error is the Data Overwrite Se-
curity Unit B735 running from an SD
card.
• Turn the main switch off/on and try the
operation again.

• Software error. Update the firmware
• NVRAM defective
• HDD defective
An error was detected in the handling of the
log data at power on or during machine op-
eration. This can be caused by switching the
machine off while it is operating.

The total counter contains something

• Unexpected error from external source

• Mechanical total counter
defective
The IO board cannot receive the mechanical total
count data.

An internal application error was de-
tected and operation cannot continue.
• Software defective; turn the machine off/
on, or change the controller firmware

Printer font error
When the software application started,
the printer did not detect a font on the
SD card that it can use.
• The fonts on the SD card are not fonts that
can be used with the printer
