Replace the firing head and spring.

Install a new o-ring on the firing head cap (See Figure 5).
7.
Screw firing head cap back onto the body. Torque to 60Nm.
8.
Reset firing head. Follow Steps 5-8 in Chapter 4, Section 2.B for information
on resetting the firing head.

Miscellaneous
1.
Replace damaged painterlines.
2.
Should damage be found on any part of the lifting bridle, the entire lifting
bridle must be replaced.
8. Rigid Containers
A.
Classification of structural repairs
1.
Only minor repairs to glass reinforced plastic (GRP)
containers
are permitted.
These are listed below. When damage is more than these limits, the container
must be replaced.
2.
A major repair is required for any damage to a container that is more serious
than damage to the gelcoat only. Major repairs to the fiber glass containers
are not permitted. The limits of repair are given below. If container damage is
more than these limits, do not attempt to repair the container. The damaged
shell or shells of the container must be replaced.
