8. Lift raft end closest to the container, pull forward and fold over top of cylinder.
Fold far enough so raft sits just inside edge of container.
9. Lay out painterline assembly and prepare to attach painterline raft and
inflation system.

10. Make a loop in the towing line closest to the operation head. Pass the tail
end of painterline through the loop in the towing line and use a bowline knot
to secure. Tape off the ends.
