Cool Locked Out by OA
The cooling OA lockout is lower than the OA temperature.
Unocc Mode
Unit is in unoccupied mode (BMS or scheduler).
Unocc Cool
Unit is in unoccupied cooling.
Lockout Overlap
The OA lockouts for heating and cooling overlap. (No vent mode).
The heating takes preference.
Dehumid Mode
Unit is in dehumidification mode.
Econ Only
If economizer is open less than 100%.
Econ Mode
If in economizer mode.
Unit OFF
Unit is off.
Ref Unit off Locally
The refrigeration controller is turned off at the local keypad.
Serious Alarm Ref Unit
The refrigeration unit is off due to a serious alarm.
Stage 1 off due to timer Stage 1 compressor is off for minimum off time.
Stage 1 Start up
Stage 1 compressor in start up; running at start up speed.
Interstage delay
Compressor off due to interstage delay.
Stage 2 on due to timer
Stage 2 compressor is on for minimum on time.
Stage 2 off due to timer Stage 2 compressor is off for minimum off time.
Stage 1 shutdown
Stage 1 compressor shutting down; running at minimum speed.
Min Demand Timer
Low demand for stage 1 compressor. After a while it will start
to shutdown.
