Extraction du flasque d'adaptation :

trous d'accouplement du tourteau de sortie, mettre

positionner l'inverseur verticalement sur un etau en serrant sur ces vis (Fig.
E.61.
devisser les vis de fixation du flasque.
taper avec un malllet de bas en haul, sur I� nervures du flasque, puis d�ger ce dernier.
sonir, si n�essaire, la bague d'etancheite d _ e l'arbre prlmaire.

Arbre secondaire :

traction :
devisser l'�rou de serrage du tourteau de sonie de l'arbre secondaire.
enlever la clavette d'entralnement du tourteau d'enrree.
extraire le roulement avant de l'arbre primaire � l'aide d'un arrache moyeu s'appuyant sur
l'arbre.
devisser la vis de tenue de roulement de l'arbre secondaire.
sortir l'arbre secondaire en le tirant vers le haut, par le pignon de marche
AVANT.
rocuperer le pignon de marche
ARRI ERE
et sa
cale au fond du carter.

Removing the adaptation flange :
place two
MB.25
screws in the output roundel coupling holes.
position the gearbox vertically on a vice by tightening these screws (Fig. E.6l.
unscrew the flange fixation screws.
knocking upwards witJi a mallet on the flange ribs, liberate the flange.

ry remove the primary shaft sealing ring.

Secondary Shaft :

unscrew the nut securing the output roundel to the secondary shaft.
remove the Input roundel drive pin.

ve the front bearing fron the primary shaft using an extractor taking rest on the
Shaft.

unscrew the screw securing the bearing of the secondary shaft.
take the secondary shaft out by pulling it upwards, holding it by
FORWARD
gesir pinion.
recover the
REVERSE
gear pinion and Its shim In the
bottom of
the housi�g.

using the tool n° 1 , extract the front bearing from the secondary shaft as shown in
fig.
E7.

stop washer.

remove, if requlred. the ottier bearing Inner bush, the same way one removed the first.
