DEMONTAGE
4.1 Depose du systeme de commande :
Effectuer, en premier lieu, la vldange de l"inverseur et sortir les bouchons de remplissage et de
niveau. puis mettre l'inverseur au point mort.

sonir le doigt de commande

et le joint tonQue

d�isser les vis de reglage de point man «4» et de butoo «3».
recuperer le ressort et la bi lie de blocage de point mart.
•
extraire la goupllle du levier de commande.
•
Sortir raxe 2 et en lever son Joint torique si nooessaire.
4.2
Extraction du tourteau d'entree :
bloquer le touneau

l"aide de la clef de presse.etoupe
(ref.
70.803.040) et d611isser l'ecrou
M.1 .4 de tenue.
extra ire le tol.irteau arraohe s'appuyant sur l'arbre primaire. ( • F ig. ES).

DISMANTLING
4.1
Removing the control system :
First ot all. drain the gearbox and remove the filler and level plugs. then put the gearbox in
neutral position.

the control finger.

take out the control finger

and the 0 ring tt5».
unscrew the neutral point setting screw cc4» and the stop screw 113».
recover the neutral point locking ball and spring.

ex tract the pin from the control lever.
•
take
out the shah

.and remove its 0 ring if reQuired.
4.2
Removing the input roundel :
clamp the roundel in place using the stufring box wrench (Ref. 70.803.040) and unscrew •thE
M .1 .4. securl ng nut.
remove the roundel with an extractor taking rest on the primary shaft (Fig. E5).
