22. Reverse steps 19-14 to reinstall IFC board.
Reinstall burner assembly.
23. Adjust aeration accordingly— see manual
for details. Aeration must be set to 3/8"
(9.53 mm) minimum for LP.
24. Attach the label “This unit has been
converted to LPG” near or on top of the
serial # decal.
25. Replace yellow “NG” label with red “LPG”
label.
26. Check for gas leaks.
27. Check inlet and outlet pressures.
28. Check operation of flame control.
29. Reverse steps 4-1.

These instructions must
remain with the appliance.
16. Rotate the front of the IFC box to the left.
17. Pull the IFC box to the front of the unit
with the two screws showing.
18. Loosen the two screws that secure the
cover plate to the IFC mount. Then
remove the cover plate.
19. The IFC can now be slid out from under
the firebox.
20. Disconnect the cable coming from the
pressure regulator motor at the IFC board
(marked X6 on the IFC).

LP Conversion
21. Remove regulator from gas valve and dis-
card 2 Pressure regulator screws A (T20
or slot), Pressure Regulator B, Spring and
Diaphragm C. Ensure the rubber gasket,
which is prefitted as part of the new regula -
tor, is properly positioned. Install the new
Pressure Regulator using the 2x M4 x .7
screws supplied. Tighten the screws to
25lb-in. In the event that the screw threads
are cross threaded or stripped, replace the
valve assembly. Also reconnect new cable
from pressure regulator motor disconnected
in step 20.
