7. Transmitter Controls

3 On/off switch
This slider switches the transmitter on or off. Never
switch off the transmitter while the vehicle is in
operation!
4 Eyelet for carrier strap
5 Button “SEL” for settings menu

7 Rocker button “DT3” for dual rate settings
8 Rocker button “DT4” for trimming of the rear axle
steering
9 Switching button for steering
10 Lever for forwards/reverse driving
With this lever, you control the drive and the brake
functions of the vehicle.
11 Wheel for steering function
12 Rocker button “DT1” for trimming of the front axle
steering
13 Rocker button “DT2” for trimming/neutral position
of the drive function
14 Battery compartment
Either insert 4 batteries or 4 rechargeable batteries type AA/mignon in the correct polarity. The polarity is indicated
in the battery compartment.
15 Charge socket to charge rechargeable batteries in the transmitter
If rechargeable batteries are inserted in the transmitter, they can be charged with a suitable charging cable and
charger.
The charging current must not exceed 250 mA; otherwise, the conductors in the transmitter may be damaged.
Therefore, do not connect any quick chargers! Observe correct polarity (inner wire is positive “+”, see the label
next to the charging socket if required).
Never try charging any conventional, non-rechargeable batteries! There is a risk of fire and explosion!
Only charge rechargeable batteries intended for that purpose.
