c) Dual-Rate for the Steering Servos
The setting corresponds to the function as described in chapter 10. d).
Whether you perform programming here in the setting menu or make your dual rate settings directly with
the rocker button “DT3” (7) - the result remains the same.
• Press the button “SEL” (5) repeatedly until “CH1 D/R” is displayed.
• Use the rocker button “DT1” (12) to change the displayed value. We recom-
mend leaving the value in the maximum position of 100%, because the turn
radios for the vehicle increases otherwise, which is not sensible for a crawler.
• Press the button “SEL” (5) to get to the next setting function.
If no button is pressed for 5 seconds, the transmitter leaves setting mode automatically and returns to normal
display/function.
d) Dual-Rate for the Speed Controller
This can be used to limit the maximum speed for forwards and reverse driving. This means, e.g., that a dual-rate
setting of 50% will also limit the full throttle speed to approx. 50%.
This makes it easier to control the vehicle more precisely, because the full lever path of the lever for forwards/reverse
driving (10) now is available for a lower speed.
• Press the button “SEL” (5) repeatedly until “CH2 D/R” is displayed.
• Use the rocker button “DT1” (12) to change the displayed value.
At a setting of less than approx. 10%, will no longer drive forwards or backwards because the motor no
longer starts up.
• Press the button “SEL” (5) to get to the next setting function.
If no button is pressed for 5 seconds, the transmitter leaves setting mode automatically and returns to normal
display/function.
