ellites constellation.
Parameters:
<State> 0 | 1 | OFF | ON
Disabling a GNSS system deactivates all SVID and signals from
this system.

Queries if at least one of the SBAS system is enabled.
Return values:

To enable each of the SBAS systems, use the corresponding
command, e.g.
