Make sure that only 1 system is 
configured as the Slot-0 controller 
and that it is the left-most system in

Remove the EPC-7 and verify that 
no pins are bent.  Then reinsert the 
EPC-7. 
 
Power off, then back on. Verify that 
the results of the power-on self test 
indicate VMEbus interface and 
VXIbus interface report “ok.”
