Configuring Line Password
Configuration Data
Line Mode
- Select the line mode from the drop-down list.
Line Password (8-64 characters)
- The line password for accessing the device via a console,
Telnet, or Secure Telnet session.
Confirm Password (8-64 characters)
- Confirms the new line password. The password appears in
the ..... format or ***** based on the browser used.
Command Buttons
Submit
- Update the switch with the values on the screen. If you want the switch to retain the new
values across a power cycle you must perform a save.
