Setting up No Accounts Mode
Activating the No Account Mode provides any user with unlimited access to all Mailing
System functions.
No Account Mode is the default mode of your Mailing System.
Activating No Accounts Mode
• To activate / deactivate your Account Modes, please see
on page 70 and select the No account mode.
No Account Management Menu
In No Account mode:
No other setting is required to activate No Accounts Mode.
Setting up No Accounts with Access Control
If you want to prevent unauthorized use of your Mailing System, but you do not want to
use Accounts, activate the No Account with Access Control function.
This Mode requires all users to log in to the system by entering a 4 digit Security PIN Code
at start up. In this mode a single PIN Code is created for all authorized users.
Activating no Account with Access Control

on page 70 and select the No Account with Access
Control Mode.

Enter the 4 digit shared PIN Code all users will have to enter in order to log in to the
system.
