How to Access Diagnostic Data
To gain access to Diagnostic Data:
1.
Log in as the Supervisor (See
How to Log in as the Supervisor
on page 114), then:
Press
and type 7.3
Or
Select the path:
Maintenance
Diagnostics
2.
Press [OK] to start the Diagnostic testing. The list of tests that can be run appears.
3.
Select a test to run from the list displayed on your screen.
System Data
You can access various types of system data that include:
• Software (Meter#, Loader, OS, PACK, XNDF DATA, language, variant).
• Hardware (system) Data (P/N of the Base and the Postage Meter).
• A list of system events that have occurred during the operation of your system (Base
Errors, Postage Meter events and Server Connection History).
• System Counter Data.
How to Display Software Data
To display Software Data:
