Impression Memories

Impression Memories allow you to create a preset Meter Impression that can include a
Postage Rate, and a Slogan and the Date Mode, allowing you to recall common jobs from
the memory of your Mailing System (For details, see
52 ).
You can create, edit, modify or delete an Impression memories.
Each Impression Memory is identified by a name and a number.
Standard Impression Memory
The table below describes the Impression Settings that make up a Standard Impression
Impression Memory.
Slogan.
Impression Settings
Postage Rate.
Account Number (If activated).
Account setting
Your machine can store up to 5 Impression Memories.
Managing Impression Memories
How to Create an Impression Memory
To create an Impression Memory:
1.
Log in as the Supervisor (see
How to Log in as the Supervisor
on page 114 ):
Press
and type 4
Or
Select the path:
Select Impression Memory
The list of available Impression Memories appears on the Impression Memories
Screen.
2.
Select None from your list.
3.
Press [OK] to create a new Impression memory.
4.
Enter the name of the new Impression memory, then press [OK] .
