You can connect a computer directly to the printer’s parallel interface
or use the Ethernet interface to connect to a wide variety of micro-
computers, workstations, minicomputers, and mainframe computers
on four different networks.
User-Benefit—This support increases printer flexibility and allows for
cost and resource sharing across multiple environments.
Advanced Paper Handling Options
Your printer comes standard with three input trays. The optional large
capacity input feeder increases the media capacity to 4,500 sheets.
Advanced Document Handling Capabilities
Your printer offers automatic collation of a complete document, high-
volume duplexing, printer-based page layout (n-up and booklet print-
ing), “sessions,” and background printing. “Sessions” allows multiple
documents, including documents from different emulations to be com-
bined in one large document.
