14. Assembly of the flexure sheets
(3/B04.01)
on the flexure holders
(2/B04.01)
- Undo 8 screws (4/B04.01) of the flexure sheets on both flexure holders, remove old flexure sheets
- Insert one flexure holder in the assembly gauge [9] {Fig. 3}

Specify 4 new flexure sheets in accordance with page B 01.01
on page B 04.02-09 (item 3)
- Insert 4 new flexure sheets carefully on the pin in the assembly gauge {larger bore diameter}
- Fasten the flexure sheets with 4 screws (4/B04.01), 4 washers (5/B04.01) and 4 spring washers
(6/B04.01) on the flexure holder and tighten
- Carefully remove the flexure holder from the assembly gauge {never touch the flexure sheets again!}
- Assembly of the flexure sheets on the other flexure holder same as first flexure holder
15. Assembly of the flexure sheets
(13/B04.01)
on the balance arm
(12/B04.01)
- Lightly screw on 2 fixing blocks [4] with 2 screws [10] on the balance arm {Fig. 4}

Specify 2 new flexure sheets in accordance with page B 01.01
on page B 04.02-09 (item 13)
- Carefully insert 2 new flexure sheets on the pin of the fixing blocks
- Fasten the flexure sheets with 2 screws (28/B04.01) and 2 nuts (25/B04.01) {do not twist the nuts}
- Undo 2 screws [10] and carefully remove 2 fixing blocks [4] from the flexure sheets {never touch the
flexure sheets again}
16. Assembly of the support piece
(10/B04.01)
in the balance arm
(12/B04.01)
- Pivot the support piece in the balance arm {longer side first}
- Lay out the balance arm and the support piece with 2 auxiliary pins [1]
- Fasten the aligning bar [5] with 2 screws [11] {slot below, notch on the left} {Fig. 5}
- Lightly screw on 2 fixing blocks [4] with 2 screws [10] on the balance arm {Fig. 6}
