2. Drift compensation:
By the correction of the drift compensation, the sign of the measured digits has to be altered.
for example:
by + 4 digits mesured digits during 5 minutes --> - 4
has to be subtracted to the already stored factor
by - 4 digits mesured digits during 5 minutes --> + 4
has to be added to the already stored factor
--> follow the information for the drift compensation:
1. Connect the Service-Box to the balance
2. Change the switch to positon
'C'
3. Press key A in order to *note the already
stored factor
--> it shows '.. KDR'
(normally no drift compensation is made --> factor 0)
4. Add / subtract to the already stored factor the measured digits
5. Enter by means of the keyboard the measured/calculated drift compensation
- by pressing key * --> the values can be erased
- by pressing key # --> +/- can be changed
6. Press key A in order to store the new values --> wait till the number stops flashing
7. Press key A again --> the stored values appears together with 'KDR'
8. Measure the drift again in order to check the adjusted drift compensation
* in case you do not succeed in the drift compensation, the original factor can be entered again
