Operating the pneumatic tool

Operating the pneumatic tool
If both safety valves are defective then the permissible operating
pressure of the pneumatic tool can be exceeded. In this case the
pointer in the manometer for the operating pressure is in the red
area.
WARNING
An explosion hazard exists if there is
excessive operating pressure.
Check the manometer for the operating
pressure frequently when operating the
pneumatic tool.
Immediately disconnect the pneumatic tool
from the compressed air supply if the
display is in the red area.
Selecting the release setting
You can adjust the pneumatic tool for single shot or bump fire. Bump
fire means that you do not have to press the release for each shot.
WARNING
There is an injury hazard with inadvertent
release.
Only use the "bump fire" release setting if you
are in a safe and stable position.
Do not use the "bump fire" release setting in the following types of
implementation:
For types of implementation that require movement with the
pneumatic tool over scaffolding, stairs, ladders, or ladder-like
structures,
To seal crates or bins and
To attach transport safeguards.
