Check the function
Proceed as follows for trouble-free pneumatic tool function:
CAUTION
A hazard of injury or property damage exists
when operating the pneumatic tool.
Comply with the safety instructions in the
section "Operating the pneumatic tool "
starting on page 29.
Place the nose of the pneumatic tool on a piece of wood that is at
least ten centimeters thick.
Release the pneumatic tool (see section "Driving nails" starting on
page 34).
In this process check the following characteristics:

Release is only executed when the safety device is
depressed.

One nail must be driven into the piece of wood with each
release.

The air discharge should not blow into your face.
To obtain the desired depth-of-drive, change the operating
pressure, or if necessary the adjustment on the lock clip (see
page 31).
Repeat these steps as necessary.
The pneumatic tool is now ready for operation.
