Maintaining the pneumatic tool
The pneumatic tool should only be maintained by personnel who
have the necessary skill, capability, and experience. All tasks not
described here should only be performed by the manufacturer's
customer service organization, or in the manufacturer's facilities.
WARNING
Inadvertent release when emptying the
magazine can result in severe or fatal injuries.
Disconnect the pneumatic tool from the
compressed air supply prior to performing
maintenance work.
Empty the magazine prior to performing
maintenance work.
Cleaning the housing and exterior surfaces
CAUTION
Non-suitable cleaning agents can damage the
pneumatic tool or the accessories.
Use a dry or slightly damp cloth, or a cloth
that is slightly moistened with a mild soap
solution to clean the tool.
Light fouling
Wipe off the housing of the pneumatic tool with a dry cloth.
Oil all metal parts of the pneumatic tool with a thin application of
PREBENA special nailer oil.
