Troubleshooting
WARNING
Serious or fatal injuries are possible when
operating a damaged or malfunctioning
pneumatic tool.
Immediately disconnect the pneumatic tool
from the compressed air supply.
Empty the magazine.
Do not use the pneumatic tool until the
malfunction has been resolved.
CAUTION
The pneumatic tool can be damaged if repairs
are performed by unauthorized persons.
Only have repairs performed by the
manufacturer.
Possible malfunctions and the required measures are listed in the
following overview.
Symptom
Possible cause:
Remedy
The pneumatic tool
loses air.
The anchoring screws
are loose.
Tighten the anchoring
screws.
A seal is defective.
Notify customer service
(see page 58).
Excessive operating
pressure (the pointer of
the manometer is in the
red area).
Pressure reducing
valve or safety valve is
defective
Immediately disconnect
the pneumatic tool from
the compressed air
supply (see page 40).
