(b)
The inner shroud, which is the support for the inner combustion chamber liner.
(c)
The vanes {hollowed inside), which are soldered into the slots in ' the outer shroud and the inner shroud. The air
flows through the vane hollows. The portion of the air is delivered to the combustion chamber while the
remaining portion for cooling the l-st stage compressor turbine disc and further through the shaft for cooling the
l-st and ll-nd stage compressor turbine discs.
(3)
The guide vane assy (2) of the ll-nd stage compressor turbine is the cast assembly. It is fastened to two outer rings
creating the duct for gas flow between the l-st stage CTGV and the compressor turbine case. The segments with the
metal-ceramic sealing are mounted in these rings, in
, the disc planes of the compressor turbine l-st and ll-nd stage. The diaphragm with the ring carrying the metallic-
ceramic sealing, which together with the combs on the discs of the compressor turbine l-st and ll-nd stage create the
labyrinth sealing, is rolled into the inner shroud of the guide vane.
The ll-nd stage CTGV assembly is fitted by the front flange to the l-st stage CTGV, while by the rear flange to the
compressor turbine case and combustion chamber case.
(4)
The compressor turbine case (3) is the carrying assembly for the rear bearing (27) of the compressor turbine rotor.
It is the welded assembly consisting of the outer and inner casings connected together by three equally displaced
fairings. The fairings serve as the shields for the pipes delivering and draining the oil from the rear bearing of the
compressor turbine and so the air to cool the oil area.
Four stubs (brackets) for the thermocouple mounting are welded on the outer casing, the stub for the oil draining at the
lower part, the oil delivery stub on the left side and the stub for cooling air supply on the right side.
The bearing case (28) is fastened to the inner casing flange.
The compressor turbine case by its front flange is fastened to the ll-nd stage CTGV (2) and the power turbine case to
its rear flange.
(5)
The bearing case (28) together with the bearing and labyrinths create the closed oil area of the rear bearing of the
compressor turbine shaft.
it is fastened to the inner casing flange of the compressor turbine case.
B. Power turbine
The power turbine consists of: power turbine guide assy (4), power turbine rotor, outer casing (26), bearing support (22),
mounting cone (18), drive box (7) of the power turbine rotational speed limiter (6).
