5.7.7 Option Settings

The Option Settings are as follows:

•

Memory Size

– Displays the current memory capacity of the unit.

•

Access Control Code

– A four-digit Access Code can be used to

secure your 2030, that is, protect all or certain areas of machine
operation and/or programming.

•

OK Stamp

– The 2030’s OK Stamp allows you to choose printing of an

“OK” (red ink impression) stamp on the front trail edge of pages that have
been successfully scanned or transmitted.

•

Polling Passcode

– If a Polling Passcode is programmed, only

compatible Pitney Bowes fax machines with matching Polling Passcodes
will be able to poll your machine.

To view or adjust Option Settings, proceed as follows:
