missible.
In the case where the excentricity reading ex­
ceeds that prescribed, straighten the crankshaft
by exerting pressure between the crankwebs
using the apposite wedge, or between vice jaws
( alluminium lined). Said operation is not ad­
missible for Vespa 1 25 /VNB, 150 /VBA - VBB
and G. L./VGLA - VGLB - VLA 1.
3. - Fitting the crankcase halves

The assembly of the crankshaft, complete of
bearings, on to the crankcase half clutch side
should be carried out with the crankcase half
heated ( about 80
°
C).
The crankshaft should be equiped with the pro­
tective sleeves so as not to damage the oil
seals. Both the crankshaft and the components
of the gear change mechanism should be ap­
plied to the crankcase half, clutch side; the star­
ting sector ( Vespa 125/VNA - VNB; 150/VBA -
VBB; G. L./VGLA - VGLB - VLA 1 ; G. S./VSB l )
to the crankcase half, flywheel side, carefully
checking the anchorage of the return spring.

Otros modelos de Vespa : 0 ,05 mm.
Para las Vespas 125/VNB, 150/VBA - VBB y
G. L./VGLA - VGLB - VLA 1, controlar tambien
la excentricidad del

» se admite una lec­
tura maxima de 0,01 mrr..
En el caso de excentricidad superior a la pre­
scrita seguir el enderezado del cigUenal ac­
tuando entre los contrapesos con una curia o
apretandolos con mordazas de aluminio segun
la necesidad. Dicha operaci6n no se admite para
las Vespas 125/VNB, 150/VBA - VBB, G. L.
VGLA - VGLB - VLA 1 .
3. - Acoplamiento de los semicarters
El montaje del cigUerial, complete de cojinetes,
en el semicarter lado embrague, debe efec­
tuarse con el semicarter caliente ( aproximada­
mente 80
°
C).
El cigUerial debe estar provisto de la funda
prescrita para no deteriorar los retenes. Tanto
el cigUenal como las piezas del cambio deben
aplicarse en el semicarter lado embrague; el
sector dentado de la puesta en marcha ( Vespas
125/VNA - VNB; 150/VBA - VBB; G. L./VGLA
VGLB - VLA 1 ; G. S./VSB 1 ) en el semicarter
lado volante cuidando la fijaci6n del muelle re­
cuperador.
