a) - This operation only refers to the Vespa 125, 150 and G. l.
For extracting the suspension bearer tube, eliminate
the four upset zones created by the spot punch ope­
ration at the tube extremities so that the latter can
easily slide through the rubber buffers on extraction.
Remove the spacer sleeves on the bearer tube and
with the apposite tool slide out the tube. After having
removed the tube expel the rubber buffers from their
housings using a screwdriver.
On the Vespa G. S./VSB 1 the extraction of the rubber
bushes ( with relative sleeves) can be easily effected
by introducing a metallic rod through the sleeve of one
of the buffers so as to expel the other.
b) - For extracting the rear damper connecting buffer
operate in a similar manner to that indicated at point
« a
».
NOTE - In the above mentioned operations the tool T.0018190,
without the components 6 and 7 should be used;
with reference to the operation

Para extraer el tuba interior enderezar las cuatro
muescas de la extremidad del tubo que debe deslizarse
dentro de los tacos elasticos durante la extracci6n. quitar
los distanciadores montados en el tuba y actuar con
el util para sacar el tubo. Quitado el tuba con un
destornillador, actuar sobre los tacos de goma hasta
hacerlos salir de su asiento.
En la Vespa G. S./VSB 1 la extracci6n de los tacos ela­
sticos ( con sus tubos correspondientes) puede efec­
tuarse simplemente actuando con una espina metalica
introducida en el tuba de uno de los tacos y empujando
el tuba del otro taco.
b) - Para desmontar el silent - block de union del amorti­
guador posterior actuar en modo analogo a lo indicado
en el punto

ADVERTENCIA - En las operaciones indicadas anteriormente
debe emplearse el util T. 0018190 sin las
piezas 6 y 7; en lo que se refiere a la ope­
raci6n « b » deben de emplearse para el
util T. 0022553 solamente las piezas 3-5-6. 0
