CLUTCH
a} - Substitution of plates
For dismantling the clutch unit, proceed as
follows using the tool T. 0020322 illustrated
in fig. 34.
On having set up the clutch unit in the tool,
tighten the wing nut « c » which will com­
press the clutch springs and permit the ex­
traction of the plate retainer circlip

The tool can be used in a similar manner
on reassembling the unit.
b) - Control adiustment

The clutch lever should have a free run of
about 2 mm, as in flg. 35, before movement
is transmitted to the clutch actuating arm at
the cable extremity.
If this free run of the lever should be lacking
the clutch can be easily damaged. The unit
can be adjusted by acting on the nut « a
».
EMBRAGUE
a ) - Sustitucion discos
Para desmontar el grupo embrague, actuar co­
mo se indica a continuaci6n con el util T.0020322
que se ilustra en la fig. 34.
Fijar el grupo embrague en el util, ator­
nillar la tuerca de aletas

comprimien­
do los muelles hasta la extracci6n del aro
elastico

de retenci6n de los discos ;
utilizar analogamente el mismo util para
el montaje del grupo.
b) - Aiuste mando.
La palanca sobre el manillar debe poderse de­
splazar libremente 2 mm. aproximadamente,
como en la fig. 35 antes que pueda actuar so­
bre la palanca del extremo de la transmisi6n.
La falta del juego sobredicho puede provocar
dafios en el embrague. El ajuste se efectua
actuando sabre el tornillo
