8.2 Einsendung zur Reparatur ins

Service-Center

Verständigen Sie bitte bei auftreten-
den Schwierigkeiten Ihren zuständi-
gen Balzers-Service.

Reparaturaufträge werden ausschließ-
lich aufgrund unserer allgemeinen
Lieferungsbedingungen durchgeführt.
Für Reparaturen gilt eine Gewährlei-
stungszeit von 6 Monaten. Reparatu-
ren werden ohne Rückfrage ausge-
führt, wenn die Reparaturkosten nicht
mehr als 50 % des Artikel-Neuwertes
betragen.

Bitte beachten Sie:
Das in der Pumpe befindliche
Betriebsmittel muß vor der Einsen-
dung zur Reparatur abgelassen wer-
den (Abschnitt 7.2).

Bevor Sie die Pumpe zur Reparatur
einsenden, lesen Sie bitte Ab-
schnitt 1.1 - Wichtige Hinweise.

Unsere Empfehlung:
Wir empfehlen Ihnen entsprechende
Wartungsverträge mit Ihrer zuständi-
gen Balzers-Servicestelle abzu-
schließen, damit Ihnen keine größeren
Schäden entstehen, die an der Pumpe
unangenehme Ausfallzeiten verursa-
chen.

8 Service Information

8.1 Technical Training for Custo-

mers

Product orientated technical training
courses are held regularly by our
parent company Balzers in Liechten-
stein and also by Balzers-Pfeiffer
GmbH in D-35608 in Aßlar in Ger-
many.

Our courses, which cover operation,
servicing and trouble-shooting, can,
where necessary, be specially adapted
to your specific requirements.

If you would like to have further infor-

8.2 Returning to Service Center

for Repair

We request that you contact your local
Balzers Service Center should pro-
blems arise.

All repair orders are carried out on the
basis of our General Terms of Delivery
only. For repairs, the warranty period
is 6 months. Repair work is performed
without checkback if the repair costs
do not exceed 50 % of the nominal
value of the article.

Please note:
The operating medium in the pump
must be drained before you return the
pump for repair.

When returning for repairs, the impor-
tant introductory notes contained in
these instructions must be observed.

Recommendation:
We recommend that you take out a
service contract with your local Bal-
zers Service Center, thereby avoiding
possible extended periods of inactivity
which could be caused by major
damage to the pump.

8.2 Expédition et réparation dans

notre centre de service après-
vente

Si des difficultés se manifestent, veuil-
lez informer les services Balzers con-
cernés.

Les commandes de réparation seront
exclusivement faites selon nos condi-
tions générales de livraison. La garan-
tie est de 6 mois pour les réparations.
Les réparations seront faites sans
accords préliminaires quand les frais
ne dépassent pas 50% du prix de la
pièce neuve.

Veuillez noter:
Le fluide moteur se trouvant dans la
pompe doit être vidé avant l’expéditi-
on pour la réparation (chapitre 7.2). 

Avant d’envoyer la pompe, veuillez
considérer le chapitre 1.1 - Indications
importantes.

Notre recommandation:
Nous vous recommandons de faire
avec notre service après-vente Balzers
concerné des contrats d’entretien
pour éviter d’éventuels dommages
importants qui pourraient causer des
temps d’arrêts prolongés et inutiles de
la pompe.
