1.3 Produktbeschreibung

Die Turbopumpen TPH 1600/TPU 1600
für Korrosiv-Gas-Technik werden
hauptsächlich zum Abpumpen von
korrosiven Gasen und gasförmigen
Reaktionsprodukten eingesetzt. Sie
müssen jeweils zusammen mit einer
Vorvakuumpumpe - Abschnitt 3 -
betrieben werden.

Turbopumpe, Anschlußkabel und
Antriebselektronik bilden mit der ent-
sprechenden Vorvakuumpumpe ein
betriebsfertiges System (Lieferumfang
Turbopumpe: wie Abbildung in Fig. 1).

Ein-/Ausschalten und Überwachen der
Turbopumpe erfolgt an der Antriebs-
elektronik TCP 380 oder TCP 600.

– TPH 1600: HV-Flansch DN 200 ISO-K

oder DN 250 ISO-K, ohne Heizman-
schette.

– TPU 1600: HV-Flansch DN 200 CF-F

oder 250 CF-F mit Heizmanschette.

– Verschleißfreies Permanent-Magnet-

lager hochvakuumseitig.

– Präzisionskugellager vorvakuumsei-

tig, umlaufgeschmiert und über-
wacht - Abschnitt 5.

– Zum Schutz der Rotorlager und des

Betriebsmittels sind die Pumpen bei
Applikationen mit korrosiven Gasen
mit einem Sperrgassystem ausgerü-
stet - Abschnitt 4.6.

1.3 Product Information

The Turbomolecular Pumps 
TPH 1600/TPU 1600 for corrosive gas
processes are used primarily for the
pumping of corrosive gases and
gaseous reactive products. They may
only be operated in conjunction with a
backing pump - Section 3.

Turbo pump, connecting cable and
electronic drive unit form, together
with the appropriate backing pump, a
system which is ready to operate.
Turbo pumps are supplied with certain
ancillary equipment: please see Fig. 1.

Switching on/off and turbo pump
monitoring is executed via the 
TCP 380 or TCP 600 Electronic Drive
Unit.

– TPH 1600: high vacuum flange 

DN 200 ISO-K or DN 250 ISO-K with-
out heating jacket.

– TPU 1600: high vacuum flange

DN 200 CF-F or 250 CF-F with hea-
ting jacket.

– Non-wearing permanent magnet

bearing on high vacuum side.

– Precision ball bearing on fore vacu-

um side circulatory lubrication
system and monitored - Section 5.

– To protect the rotor bearings and

pump fluid, the pumps are equipped
with a sealing gas system for appli-
cations where corrosive gases are
involved - Section 4.6.

1.3 Description du produit

Les pompes turbo TPH 1600/TPU 1600
pour la technique de gaz corrosif
seront surtout utilisées pour le pom-
page de gaz corrosif et de produits à
réaction en forme de gaz. Elles
devront être utilisées chacune avec
une pompe primaire - chapitre 3. 

La pompe turbo, le câble de raccorde-
ment et l’électronique d’entraînement
forment avec la pompe primaire cor-
respondante un système prêt à l’utili-
sation.
(Livraison pompe turbo: comme sur
Fig. 1).

La mise en marche/à l’arrêt, ainsi que
la surveillance de la pompe turbo
s’effectuent à l’électronique d’entraî-
nement TCP 380 ou TCP 600.

– TPH 1600: bride à vide élevé 

DN 200 ISO-K ou DN 250 ISO-K, sans
chemise chauffante.

– TPU 1600: bride à vide élevé 

DN 200 CF-F ou 250 CF-F, avec che-
mise chauffante.

– Palier à aimants permanents,

exempt d’usure, côté vide élevé.

– Roulement à billes de précision côté

vide primaire lubrifié par circulation
et surveillé - chapitre 5.

– Pour la protection des paliers du

rotor ainsi que du fluide moteur, les
pompes sont équipées d’un système
de gaz de blocage pour les applicati-
ons avec de gaz corrosif - chapitre
4.6.
