– bei Einsatz eines Pumpstandsteuer-

gerätes TCS 303, TCS 304 R oder 
TCS 130 die Vorpumpe und, falls
vorhanden, das Kühlaggregat 
TZK 350 gestartet.

Die Heizung der Turbopumpe (wenn
installiert) wird nach Betätigen des
Schalters S2 an der Antriebselektronik
erst nach Überschreiten des Drehzahl-
schaltpunktes eingeschaltet. 

Das Hochlaufen der Turbopumpe
erfolgt automatisch. Die Hochlaufzeit
ist abhängig von der Antriebselektro-
nik (TCP 380 oder TCP 600), dem Rezi-
pienten und der Vorpumpe. Bei blind-
geflanschtem Hochvakuumflansch
erreicht die Turbopumpe nach 
20 Minuten (TCP 380) bzw. 8 Minuten
(TCP 600) 90 % ihrer Nenndrehzahl.

6.1.4 Reset
Beim ersten Einschalten oder nach
einem Betriebsmittelwechsel kann
durch Entgasung des Betriebsmittels,
der Kontakt 33 (Fig. 13) öffnen. In die-
sem Falle schaltet die Antriebselektro-
nik die Turbopumpe aus. Sie muß mit
“Reset”(Schalter S3 an der Antriebs-
elektronik TCP 380 oder TCP 600) neu
gestartet werden (eventuell mehrfach
drücken).

Bei Störung wird die Spannungsver-
sorgung des Antriebsmotors ausge-
schaltet. Mit “Reset” kann die Turbo-
pumpe erneut gestartet werden. 
Die Reset-Funktion wird aktiviert
durch:

– Betätigen des Schalters S3 an der

Antriebselektronik.

– Wegnahme der Netzspannung für

eine Zeit 

p

2 Sekunden, z.B. mit

Schalter S1 an der Antriebselektro-
nik.

– Betätigen eines extern anzu-

schließenden Reset-Schalters S6 für
eine Zeit 

p

2 Sekunden.

– Serielle Schnittstelle RS 232 C.

– If a Pumping Station Control Unit

TCS 303, TCS 304 R or TCS 130 is
employed, the backing pump and, if
applicable, Cooling Water Unit 
TZK 350 are started.

Turbo pump heating (if fitted) is swit-
ched on with push-button S2 at the
electronic drive unit once the rotation
speed switch point is exceeded.

The turbo pump runs-up automatical-
ly. The run-up time up to the rotation
speed switch-point depends on the
electronic drive unit (TCP 380/600), the
size of the container and the backing
pump. With blank flanged high vacu-
um flange, the turbo pump reaches 
90 % of its nominal rotation speed
after 20 minutes (TCP 380) and 8
minutes (TCP 600).

6.1.4 Reset
At the first start or after a pump fluid
change, contact 33 (Fig. 13) may open
due to degassing of the pump fluid. In
this case, the electronic drive unit
switches off the turbo pump. It must
be restarted by “Reset” (push-button
S3 on the Electronic Drive Unit 
TCP 380 or TCP 600 - several times if
necessary).

During a malfunction, the voltage sup-
ply to the drive motor is cut off. The
turbo pump can be restarted with
“Reset” at the Electronic Drive Unit
TCP 380/600. The Reset function is
activated by:

– Operating push button S3 on the

electronic drive unit.

– Interrupting the mains voltage for a

period of 

p

2 seconds, e.g. by push-

button S1 on the TCP.

– Actuating an externally connected

Reset push-button S6 for

p

2 seconds.

– Serial Interface RS 232 C.

– En cas d’utilisation d’une commande

de groupe de pompage TCS 303,
TCS 304 R ou TCS 130, la pompe pri-
maire et, le système de refroidisse-
ment TZK 350 (si celui-ci est installé)
seront démarrés.

Le chauffage de la pompe turbo (si
celui-ci est installé) sera mis en mar-
che seulement après l’actionnement
de l’interrupteur S2 à l’électronique
d’entraînement, et après le dépasse-
ment du point de commutation de la
vitesse de rotation. 

Le démarrage de la pompe turbo
s’effectue automatiquement. La phase
d’accélération dépend de l’électroni-
que d’entraînement (TCP 380 ou 
TCP 600), du récipient et de la pompe
primaire. En cas de bride d’obturation
à vide élevé fermée, la pompe turbo
atteindra au bout 20 minutes 
(TCP 380) et 8 minutes (TCP 600) 90 %
de sa vitesse nominale de rotation.

6.1.4 Reset
A la première mise en marche, ou
après le remplacement du fluide
moteur, le contact 33 (Fig. 13) peut
s’ouvrir par le dégazage du fluide
moteur. Dans ce cas, l’électronique
d’entraînement met la pompe turbo à
l’arrêt. Elle doit être de nouveau remi-
se en marche avec “Reset”, (Interrup-
teur S3 à l’électronique d’entraîne-
ment TCP 380 ou TCP 600), éventu-
ellement plusieurs fois.

En cas de dérangement, l’alimentation
en tension du moteur d’entraînement
sera arrêtée. Avec “Reset”, la pompe
turbo peut de nouveau être redé-
marrée. 
La fonction “Reset“ sera activée par:

– L’actionnement de l’interrupteur S3

à l’électronique d’entraînement.

– La suppression de la tension du

réseau pour une période de

– L’actionnement d’un interrupteur
