– Diese Kurzanweisung vermittelt Ihnen die

wesentlichen Informationen zum Betreiben dieser
Turbopumpe.

– Lesen Sie vor der Inbetriebnahme unbedingt die

vollständige Betriebsanweisung 
PM 800 302 BD,E,F! 

– Befolgen Sie die Anweisungen!

INSTALLATION 

(siehe 4.1 - 4.7*)

– Auf größtmögliche Sauberkeit achten!
– Vor Inbetriebnahme ca. 65 ml Betriebsmittel “F3”

mit Injektionsspritze einfüllen - siehe Pos. 38 (Tur-
bopumpe wird ohne Betriebsmittelfüllung gelie-
fert).

– Blindflansche erst unmittelbar vor der Montage

entfernen.

– HV Flansch 1 - Belastbarkeit: max. 200 kg.
– Einbaulage: vertikal bis horizontal.
– Je nach Einsatz, Turbopumpe verankern und

ggfs. Splitterschutz verwenden.

– Vibrationsübertragung von der Vorpumpe ver-

meiden.

– Kühlart: Wasserkühlung; keine Luftkühlung zuläs-

sig! 

– Flutanschluß 14: G 1/8”. Bei Flutventil mit

Anschluß DN 10 ISO-KF, Adapterflansch 
PM 033 737 -T verwenden.

– Sperrgasanschluß 20: DN 10 ISO-KF am Sperr-

gasventil. Druck vor Sperrgasventil: 1000 - 
1400 mbar. Bei höheren Drücken, Einstellung
Sperrgasventil korrigieren.

– Elektrischer Anschluß: Gemäß den örtlich gelten-

den Bestimmungen. 
X8: Anschluß Turbopumpe - Antriebselektronik.
Anschluß der Komponenten: siehe 4.3 -4.6*.

– Take out this page and place near the turbo

pump.

– These abbreviated operating instructions provide

you with the most important information requi-
red to operate the TPH/TPU 1600.

– Please do not fail to read the Operating Instruc-

tions 
PM 800 302 BD,E,F before putting the turbo pump
into service.

– Please follow the instructions.

INSTALLATION

(see 4.1 - 4.7*)

– Maintain utmost cleanliness.
– Before putting into service, fill in approx. 65 ml

pump fluid “F3” using the syringe provided - see
position 38. The turbo pump is supplied unfilled
with pump fluid.

– Remove blank flanges only immediately before

assembly.

– HV flange 1 - loading capacity: max. 200 kg.
– Installation attitude: from vertical to horizontal.
– Depending on the application, the turbo pump

must be anchored and a splinter shield fitted if
necessary.

– Prevent vibrations from being transmitted from

the backing pump.

– Type of cooling: water cooling. Air cooling imper-

missible.

– Venting connection 14: 1/8” G. For a venting

valve with DN 10 ISO-KF connection, Adapter
Flange PM 033 737 -T.

– Sealing gas connection 20: DN 10 ISO-KF on the

sealing gas valve. Pressure at sealing gas valve:
1000 - 1400 mbar.
The setting of the sealing gas valve must be
adjusted for higher pressures.

– Electrical connection: in compliance with local

regulations.
X8: connection turbo pump - electronic drive unit.

mations essentielles
pour l’utilisation de cette pompe turbo.

– Avant la mise en service, nous vous prions de

prendre connaissance des instructions de service

– Nous vous prions de les respecter!

INSTALLATION

(voir 4.1 - 4.7*)

– Faire attention à la propreté !
– Avant la mise en marche remplir avec env. 65 ml

fluide moteur “F3” avec une seringue à injection -
voir pos. 38 (La pompe turbo sera livrée sans
remplissage avec du fluide moteur).

– Ne démonter la bride d’obturation que juste

avant le montage.

– Bride de vide élevé 1 - Charge: max. 200 kg.
– Position d’installation: de la verticale à l’horizon-

tale.

– Suivant l’utilisation, ancrer la pompe turbo et

éventuellement utiliser un pare-éclats.

– Eviter la transmission de vibrations de la pompe

primaire.

– Mode de refroidissement: Refroidissement par

eau; pas de refroidissement par air autorisé! 

– Raccord de remise à l’air 14: G 1/8”. Pour soupa-

pe de remise à l’air avec raccord DN 10 ISO-KF,
utiliser la bride d’adaptation PM 033 737 -T.

– Raccord de gaz de blocage 20: DN 10 ISO-KF à la

valve de gaz de blocage. Pression en amont de la
valve de gaz de blocage: 1000 - 1400 mbar. Pour
des pressions plus élevées, corriger le réglage de
la valve de gaz de blocage.

– Branchement électrique: Conformément aux dis-

positions locales en vigueur.
X8 : Raccord de la pompe turbo - Electronique
d’entraînement.
Raccordement des composants: voir 4.3 -4.6*.
