CREATE/MODIFY FREE PROGRAMS
With the Create modify free programs function seam programs can be processed directly
on the machine using the graphics control panel.
A newly created or modified seam program must be carried out step by step on
the machine first, to avoid any collisions!

Program structure
Each data record consists of three elements:
Program header
The purpose of this feature is to manage the programs and it contains details of the program
number and the length of the program.
Geometrical data record
This consists of elements, so-called sections, which can be divided into two groups:

Sections, which influence the geometry of the seam pattern
●
Sections with machine functions
Stitch data record
This is necessary for the sewing operation and is generated from the geometrical data
record by stitch generation. It consists of coordinate pairs and machine commands, and is
concluded by the end-of-program command.

Entering the free programming function
It is only possible to enter this function when the machine is in its starting position.
●
Switch on the machine and select INPUT mode .
●
Select the program number selection function (number key 1).
●
Enter desired program number, e.g. 99.
The program group 0 - 99 is designated for free programming, but other program
numbers (seam types) can be selected and modified.
●
Press Enter .
